How to use:

Step 1: Full charge the device first if necessary, attach the LCD device to the foot mat.

Adjust intensity using the “+” or “–” buttons

- In any mode, the device will automatically turn off 20 seconds after switching to gear 0, or it will shut off automatically after 15 minutes of use.
